LAUNDRY:  BEACH HAPPY has two laundry rooms, each with a washer and dryer.

ELECTRICITY:  BEACH HAPPY’s electrical power is provided by solar panels on the roof, which charge batteries on the ground floor. Note: You MUST turn off air conditioners during the day in order to give the batteries time to recharge.  In case of prolonged cloudy weather, we are connected to the local utility as a backup power source.  And if all else fails, we have a generator that our caretakers can show you how to use.

SEPTIC SYSTEM AND WATER CONSERVATION: 
BEACH HAPPY relies on rainwater collected in cisterns for all of its water.  The house has a septic system for waste disposal, so please do not put any food or grease down the drain and do not flush anything other than toilet paper (even items labeled “flushable”).
 

WIFI: WiFi is available throughout the house via Starlink satellite connection.  Network name and password information are located on the router box.
