You are welcome to book directly with us or through VRBO or Airbnb.

If you would like to book directly with us, our nightly rates are slightly lower and it will save you from paying the extra fees and taxes that VRBO and Airbnb add.  Check the calendar below to see if your desired dates are available.  When you book directly with us, our rental rate is $450 per night in January, February, September, October, November and December, except for the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and  New Year's.  Our rental rate is $550 per night in March, April, and August.  Our rental rate is $650 per night in May, June, July, and the three winter holiday weeks.  In addition, we charge a $300 cleaning fee  and collect a refundable $500 security deposit.  If there is no damage, the security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your rental.  We offer a 10% discount for stays of 14 nights or more and a 20% discount for stays of 28 nights or more.
